Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with a recorded reason, every change keeps its history, and supervisors see all their technicians' appointments in one place. When a technician is unavailable for a few hours, the system automatically keeps that time off the booking calendar, and maintenance invoices can now be paid directly, just like sales invoices.
Customer notifications reach people where they already are. Alongside WhatsApp, Exceed ERP can now send messages through Telegram, including images and PDF files. The mobile app also gains a CRM section, so sales teams can follow their leads, calls and follow-ups from their phones.
Reports can now be exported straight to Excel, without having to run them first and then export, and dashboards offer more chart types with searchable filters. For HR teams, loan installments can be postponed automatically while an employee is on vacation.
